ArrowSpot’s 24/7 control center is a service that provides a first line support designed to manage events world- wide.

The control center operates according to set of rules defining the type of action required as a response to a certain event. This set of rules defines the response time, the type of action required & the level of escalation in each stage to ensure that the problem is resolved before the cargo is damaged.

As part of the service, the control center team sends an email, SMS & phone (per escalation) notification to relevant people and monitoring during the event.
